It’s not enough for women to speak out on the issue of sexual violence – for the message to be strong and
consistent, women’s voices must be backed up by men’s.

Women are special beings fully capable of defending themselves. We want to help ensure they
do.

Let’s challenge the norm. I believe I can help bring change by my power and influence.

I’m happy because I reach the girl or woman before the rapist. We give them knowledge to defend themselves.

Teaching a woman Self-Defense is the greatest gift I have to offer.

I believe that women’s rights are human rights. I will spread Self-Defense skills all over the world.

It’s not about size or strength – it’s about strategy and our will to live. So watch out!

In every prosperous community there are strong women in the lead.
