No Means No Programs
The primary objectives of our programS are:
To increase girls’ skills in assertiveness and boundary setting by developing the verbal and physical skills they need to defend themselves and escape when facing sexual assault
To increase boys’ gender-equitable attitudes, and provide skills to recognize violence and to intervene when they witness violence against others
To increase disclosure among boys and girls who are survivors of sexual violence and ensure that they are referred to services they need
No Means No Curricula and Training Programs include:
Training and certification for female and male Instructors to deliver our curricula effectively
Empowerment self-defense training for girls ages 10-19
Positive masculinity and bystander intervention training for boys ages 10-19
Technical support for partners including research monitoring and evaluation, program management, and network referral design
