Natalia Madden is a passionate, equity-driven leader who has dedicated her decade-long career to work that centers the voices and experiences of marginalized and vulnerable women and children. Prior to joining No Means No Worldwide, Natalia worked for Healthy Learners as their Planning and Development Technical Advisor, a multifaceted role in which she led program operations and provided fundraising support to the organization. Before that, Natalia worked for Save the Children as the Project Coordinator of the USAID-funded Zambia Rising Project. Natalia has also worked for Global Health Corps as a Project Management Consultant and Lifeline/Childline Zambia as a Fundraising Expert. Natalia holds a BA in Political Science and International Studies from Macalester College and a Masters in Public Health from the University of Minnesota.
