Nwabisa has over 15 years working in international and intergovernmental relations both in the public and private sector. She holds a bachelors degree in psychology and political studies from the Nelson Mandela University. Nwabisa’s career has entailed coordinating and facilitating multidisciplinary projects and programmes across government sectors and she joins NMNW with extensive experience in stakeholder engagement and management as well as project development and management on multinational programmes. Nwabisa’s most recent responsibility at Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality has been to manage and lead the city’s Trade and Investment sub-directorate and provide technical expertise in the conception, design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of large scale economic projects that can advance the economic vision of the City. This responsibility has included facilitating initiatives for the promotion and stimulation of investments based on the City’s growth and development strategy.
